Cambiar a
Gobik Warm Series 23
In this post: Introducing UNITY, the flagship capsule of Gobik’s Warm23 collection
Gobik presents its main summer collection under the name UNITY, a new name to highlight minimalism, essentials and basics. A new style proposal to highlight the distinctive features that have led the brand to where it is today.
«UNITY is the minimum essential, and will be the centrepiece of the season, with essential garments and designs from our brand. It is a capsule with which we seek to express our origin, with great attention to detail and the feel of the fabrics,» explained Ángel Lencina, Gobik’s Product Development Manager.
Updating the essence of Gobik
Unlike the recent DYE capsule, featuring daring designs and colours, Gobik’s UNITY collection recovers part of the company’s essence, featuring single-colour garments and updated geometric touches, exploring trendy colours.
UNITY incorporates up to 130 references, including jerseys, bib shorts, socks, caps, undershirts, gilets, tops, short gloves and even handlebar straps.
UNITY includes features such as geometric motifs, coloured pockets and some primary colours. A selection of garments ranging from more solid, single-colour designs, perfect for every cyclist’s wardrobe, to others based on trendy colours such as Seamint, Spectra, Rapture Rose and Emerald.
Main novelties
The UNITY collection is part of the R2C (Ride 2 cut) movement, which highlights Gobik’s commitment to the environment, both socially and environmentally, as it will feature garments made from at least 60% recycled materials.
In terms of new technical developments, Gobik is focusing on its new Matt bib shorts which have a matt look and silicone tape and come in two new colours, both for men and women, and even two different lengths in the men’s version.
For UNITY, Gobik continues its evolution in terms of women’s garments, and thus incorporates the Ultralite and Revolution bib shorts for women, both with shorter legs and the pattern adjusted to the female anatomy. Other details include the Ultralite bib shorts, which are cross-braced for greater comfort.
The Cell Skin t-shirt has been added to the catalogue, now available sleeveless and in white, while the black version is only available with sleeves.
In off road and gravel, the company has maintained the innovations already presented in the DYE capsule, plus the addition of Commuter trousers for women and the expansion of the Terrain t-shirt range, available in four colours for women and men, in both long and short sleeves.
